Rand Abdulhussain - Union Chair

I'm Rand, a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Science. I'm the new Union Chair and I'm genuinely excited to be a part of the Students' Union team, and working to improve the student experience at the university. I'm looking forward to collaborate with everyone on the team and collectively support students throughout their university journey.

Omar Elaktash - Accountability Panelist

I'm Omar, from Egypt. Right now, I'm on my placement year as I pursue a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. I've had some interesting roles, like starting and leading the Egyptian Society from 2021 to 2023. I'm also an Academic Rep and a Student Representative. My goal is to make student life better while learning and growing along the way. Excited to work with the team during the officers' accountability panels

Veda Salkar - Accountability Panelist

My name is Veda Salkar, and I am currently pursuing MSc in Computing (with placement) at our university. Previously, I served as an Academic Representative for my course, which allowed me to actively engage with student concerns. I am genuinely thrilled about the opportunity to be an Accountability Panelist. I am eager to contribute to the improvement of student life and, at the same time, enhance my personal and professional skills through this experience. I am looking forward to meeting the team and working together effectively during the officers' accountability panels.

I'm Vicki. I'm a Music Journalism student, and I'm involved with the SU by being the Inclusion Officer of the Creative Writing. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone, and support the students.
