A Month of Kindness
In a busy world, it is easy to forget the power of small gestures. But sometimes the littlest things, like a smile or a helping hand, can have the biggest impact. A month of kindness is all about celebrating these everyday acts that make our campus feel more connected.
Smile and Say Hello
A friendly “hello” in the library queue or the SU cafe can make someone’s day. Challenge yourself to greet at least one new person this week—even a smile counts!
Offer Help Without Being Asked
Little things count. Whether it's sharing notes or helping a peer carry heavy bags across campus, your practical support makes a difference.
Be Kind to Yourself
Kindness starts with you. When things get stressful, take a pause. Kindness is also about feeling good in what you wear and how you present yourself—whether that's finding the right fit for your body or taking a 30-minute break to recharge.
Share Positivity
Social media doesn’t have to be all deadlines. Share an encouraging post, tag a friend, or post about something you appreciate on campus this week.
