Cycle Therapy Cycling Sessions

Event Description

Roll up, roll up! We have some very special visitors returning to the University Campus to help you...Get on your bike!

Colne Valley Cycle Therapy will be offering regular cycling skills sessions where you can try out a bike on campus, learn to ride for beginners, or brush up on your cycling skills. A session will last two hours and will start on the University Square (outside of the Richard Steinitz Building) and may progress down to the canal tow path or on road biking around the town centre.

All helmets and bikes will be provided. Sessions are run by Colne Valley Cycle Therapy’s qualified ride leaders and instructors.

Please wear appropriate warm clothing for outdoor weather and flat, sensible shoes. Long clothing, skirts or dresses will not be appropriate for cycling, due to the risk of the clothing getting caught in moving mechanical parts and causing an accident.

If you have your own bike and you would like to join a session, then please feel free to bring it and join us on any session.
