As the Vice Captain of the club, my responsibilities include supporting the Captain in leading the team and ensuring smooth operations during practices and competitions. I help coordinate training sessions, working with both beginners and experienced members to enhance their skills and foster a positive team environment. When the Captain is unavailable, I take charge of organizing events and making key decisions. My role also involves providing additional support to the Equipment Officer and the Social Officer, assisting with equipment management and social events. Additionally, I take on welfare responsibilities, ensuring that all members feel supported, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and promoting a healthy, inclusive atmosphere within the club. Encouraging team spirit, motivating members during competitions, and offering guidance are all crucial parts of my role.
