Our sports club is a fully inclusive group with a goal to make pole fitness accessible to UoH students of any age, gender, or ability. Our members are entitled to a weekly hour lesson at a local pole studio (PPD Studios) and are taught by our fantastic PDC approved instructor, SJ. In these classes you will learn a range of pole-related skills including spins, poses, climbs, transitions, and inverts. We cater from a beginner level to advanced. No previous experience required. Pole fitness is a great way to increase your confidence, strength, flexibility and make new friends. The club hosts workshops from industry experts and popular pole dance influencers/instructors and offer these to our members at a reduced cost and we also aim to have a positive involvement in the pole community, including attending competitions such as the IUPDC and organsing showcases. The club runs regular socials and is sponsored by a selection of local bars/clubs so members can benefit from discounted entry, food and drinks at these venues. We look forward to meeting our 2024/2025 members!

Anyone who has paid this sports fee is also eligible to play for any BUCS team.
